Returns within 14 days
You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are intact, unopened and with the seal unbroken. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened or used cosmetics.
How to return
Write to us first at info@arganiae.ch, 078 627 28 65 with your order number: we will send you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or the mistake is ours.
Refunds
We refund the returned products within 14 days of receiving them, to the payment method used for the order. The original shipping cost is not refunded unless the product was faulty or wrong.
Faulty or wrong products
If you receive a faulty product or one different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days: we replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
Cancelling an order
Until your order has shipped you can cancel it by writing to us: we refund the full amount.
