Order and contract
Products shown on the site are not a binding offer. By placing an order you make an offer to buy; the contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by e-mail.
Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Payment
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when you place the order. Payments are handled by certified providers: we never see or store your card details.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver within Switzerland, or you can collect your order at our studio in Camignolo. Times and costs are on the Shipping page.
Returns and warranty
Return and refund terms are on the Returns and refunds page. If a product arrives faulty or does not match your order, tell us within 7 days of receipt: we replace it or refund you.
Professional customers
The professional price list is available only once your registration is approved, at our discretion.
Using the products
Use the products as directed on the pack. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, test the product on a small area first.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The courts at the seller's registered place of business have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venues.
